going back to old posts again

Yeah I agree it's a good thing to go back and respond. Sometimes when there aren't very many new discussions that I can respond to I go back and check what I've missed. It also keeps us pretty busy. I like checking back and seeing new comments as well. Have fun mylotting on all your old discussions.

Yes, that is right..sometimes we make so many discussions that we forget to respond to them. I don't make that much discussions though, so i am always able to respond to the comments on my discussions. But i will double check, maybe i missed some.

You are right..but i try to go back to my old posts and try to respond to them..I feel bad if those posts have been too old now. I also feel bad that I forget to mark the best responses for some of my threads I'd started. But I am trying and learning to overcome these..

Well, I think you're doing the right thing in going back on your old post to reply to those who have commented on your contributions. I do not write thread very often, I prefer to respond to those already existing. However I should, even for a matter of respect, responding to all those users who comment on my threads.

because of this discussion i realized that i have so much things to do here in mylot aside from starting new discussions and responding to discussions. besides i don't have much time for the internet lately as i still have to attend to some matters aside from my job. So from now on, I'll do that. Thanks.

I spend a lot of time reading others' posts and responses. If i feel i can express my thoughts, I write something.I am so excited because there are so many things in mylot which I need to explore that I neglect to respond to the comments on my posts, though I think it is polite to give responses. Thank you for reminding me to do what i should do not only for earning but also for politeness and respect and gratitude and interaction.

Dear Flagella! You are right! We can make some good amount just by responding back to the responses we get for our discussions,in the form of comments! The comments need not be one or two sentence one,as it is believed by most of them! We are asked to respond in an elaborate way everytime we are posting anything! So in my opinion we can post a comment also in an elaborated way if we have some thing to add from our side! Previously I also used to pay no attention to these responses, but then for last few years I am regularly responding back the responses I get in the form of comments and I could make good earnings too! But the only disadvantage is that our score against out user name doesn't increased if are doing so! That is the reason why I am having so less participating number though I have joined this site right from its inception! Since I am not very active now a days I haven't checked my last postings ! If I have got any of them left unattended, I am going to comment back , very soon! Thanks for the discussion! I liked participating in it! All the best! Happy Mylotting!

When you post a topic for discussion, it never becomes a discussion unless you comment back to those who respond. It remains just a question with some answers, which is not what myLot is about. We earn here for discussing and myLot tell us in the FAQs that we should further the topic with releavnt comments and turn it into a quality discussion. When we do that we are doing what mylot was created for therefore that is where the earnings lie to. It's good to go back to old posts. It's like reminiscing the past and also write on those posts which you have abandoned for a while. For it can add on your earnings in the long run... Sometimes reading old posts can also make us laugh and feel like we are there even in the present. But then past is past...and now it's just discussions worth to share...
