Unable to dispense cash

The first time as a teenager I used an ATM machine it was too difficult to see as I wasn't wearing my glasses. I was so silly not to have them on that day. I had my bank card swallowed that awful time. I travel overseas and it is not always easy to use an ATM machine, some work and some do not work. In Cape Town I was so worried about the possibility of getting mugged using a street's ATM machine. So therefore I used an ATM in a shop. I was trying to get money out to pay for my accommodation. I needed 200 rand. However I got an advice slip but no money. I feel very upset and worried. Luckily a shop assistant took me over to the bank. It was closed and I was lucky they opened the door for me. The next day I was off by bus to the Garden Route.

of course, it is going to be very disappointing if the next atm machine is another kilometers away. at least the announcement is only for that atm machine, what is even unluckier and more disappointing if the announcement says offline. that means you can not really get money from the atm. it is interesting to know how we trust the banks to keep our money and become dependent on them.

That would really disappointing and irritating.I experienced it once but luckily the line is quite short but when it is my turn,the machine is already offline.So I have to went to other ATM to withdraw.
