WORRY is amental condition which even wins over your body and compleately takes control of your mind..
most of us have a lot of worries everyday and everyone thinks about it throughout the day... being worried is a natural phenomenon ... every one will have worries and while searching for its solution ...they behave in different ways to get the solution and gradually their desires win over them...and they get struck and obstructed with their worries...
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO AWAUY WITH THEM...???????

I think its a matter of individuality. I personally do not like to worry. I trust that every situation has a way out or solution. I feel that worrying does not contribute to the problem at hand, so why give it any control over me. My greatest weapon against worry is prayer. It works! So with that said, we should do our best to fight the instinct to worry. Our problems whether we worry or not, will work out sooner or later. Nothing lasts forever, not even a horrible situation. It may not work out the way we want it to, but it does work out and if we keep that in mind we will be at ease with whatever we are faced with.

it will go with time. not to care is the best way. then you are used to it. i am used not tocare about people. so i will never pay any attention to a stupid person that try to bring me down. sometimes i reply him/her rude and then they try not to talk to me. that is better for me. i know it.

a pleasant day dawntherisingsun,
what you have posted is truly right. worries are like rust that eat up the steel. thus this hinders the success of an individual. as the mind gets destructed and the focus are disoriented. well, how i wish, there will be an antidote for worries, because if there is, i will be included in the top ten person who will purchase for that.
cheers.

That is true...worries eat our path towards success...It is like a habit. If you have a habit of worrying you may find yourself always worried about something. We do have imaginary fears but even if we have them we can challenge our worries and see if they are really true.

If someone who worries a lot spent all his energy on doing what he is worried about, success would be guaranteed. I know that about myself, and can tell that worrying is not only a waste of time, but it can ruin our health, too. It's absolutely not worth it, and there are things we cannot be prepared for anyways.

I agree that worrying all the time can hinder our success. It is since it can affect our decisions like not pursuing it anymore or not doing anything about it because of the worries. It could just make us stay on one place or old condition without any progress.
A little worry can be helpful since it can help us think several times or think again. Or it could help us do a plan instead of just doing something immediately.

Worry is a very fundemental thing, it helps us stay strong and aware of what it is to be alive and to stay that way. It's dwelling on worry that causes issues. Dwelling on anything for that matter is not healthy, however thinking it through and finding the root of WHY your brain is stuck on the worry will actually help you stop worrying after that root is delt with. For example: if you're fretting over money, then lay out a reasonable budget and stick to it, once you see that the budget is working the worry wil lessen and you will feel better, all because the root of the issue is dealt with. The same goes for worrying about what others think about you. Just doing positive things like voluteering with raise your self esteem, making those negitive thoughts seem silly. Hope this helps.
