Rajasthan Royals got their act together to resurrect their bid to reach the playoffs by crushing Kings XI Punjab at Mohali. Batting first Rajasthan put up 177 runs on the board with Dravid leading from the front with a 46 that gave them a good start after the early dismissal of Rahane. Chasing a stiff target, Kings XI Punjab could only muster 134 in their quota of overs with Shaun Tait, Botha and Watson all turning up with two wickets each.
With this win Rajasthan Royals go above Kings XI to 5th Place in the league table.
Cheers!

With this win they climbed above the Kings XI Punjab in the 5th position and they have boosted from the return of watson. As watson joined the Rajasthan team and he played a good all round performance by making quickfire 36 from 17 balls and then bowled well to take 2 wickets and giving only 22 runs in his quota of 4 overs.Dravid is playing like the young dravid we used to see in the 2000 - 2003 period. He has been stroking good in this years IPL.Kings XI were never in the match as they lost too many wickets and in the end they lost the match with such big margin.I think Kings XI is a weak team and are the under dogs as they have managed to win so many matches.

It was a good win for Rajasthan Royals, it looked liked they have gained there confidence back, not the points have become little more complicated. Kings XI Punjab didn't look good in the match, they were just outclassed by Rajasthan Royals.
Now Rajasthan Royals need few more wins to make it to the playoffs, they have the team to make it, lets wait till the league mathces are over ....
