How does google drive compare to sugarsync?

I've used sugarsync for a long time to back up important documents and files. One feature I like about sugarysync is that you can share files easily with others by providing a download link or by sharing link to other sugarsync users. I've tested google drive, but it doesn't seem as great as it's made out to be. What do you guys think?
