During foreign tours both viru and gauti failed. But in ongoing ipl 2012 both they are performing in home conditions.will they get berths again in T20 world cup squad?
or some other players like Rahane or dhawan get chances for their performances in domestic cricket as well as in ipl 2012.

i think Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir will be best opening batsmen.

I still think Gambhir and Sehwag pair in good to go in test matches. Its just that Gambhir was having a lean patch in the past couple of series. I mean think about it. Gambhir has established himself as a great opener in all forms of cricket. Even Sangakkara had praises for Gambhir. Imagine his knock in New Zealand where he batted for more than 450 minutes and saved a test match for India. Just some more time and I think the openers will get used to the swinging conditions as well.

I think sewag and rahane should open the innings and gambir should come at third place. I agree that all three players performed good in this IPL as opener but there is only two slots for openers. Gambir can play at third place and he played befor at that place. So it will be better to go with sewag and rahane as openers and gambir at third place.
