How many days do your kids have off....

My boys got 7 days off for the Thanksgiving holiday. We are in central PA, so I think it has to do with the hunting season here. In NY, they only had 4 days off.

My daughter doesnt go do school yet, next year she starts school. so right now she is off from school till next september

Nine. The school district finally got smart and banked all the teacher work days together so the kids get a longer break. Still, they didn't totally get it done yet, as they go back for three half days after the long break. Just enough to mess up routines.

That seems like a lot, especially with Christmas break right around the corner. We always got 4 days (including the weekend) so I thought it was wierd that my daughter's school had 5 1/2 days. They had a half day Wed. then had Thur., Fri. and Mon. off. Now she has a half day next Friday (8th) and then a week and a half later Christmas break starts. she has 12 1/2 days off for that. Which is less then I used to have as a kid. Last year they barely got a week off for Christmas because school started late due to construction on the school.

Lucky duck. Wednesday is a half day and they only Thursday, Friday and the weekend off. My kids go back on Monday.

Including the weekend days? They have 5 days off. The day before Thankgiving to the following Sunday.
