I am on my third day of cleansing diet, more water and dishing out some carbohydrates on my diet, I even gave up coffee, plus I am drinking a supplemental juice that was made by different juice of fruits. I also eat more fruits even it hurts my pockets. But I think I overdoing it in the wrong way, I feel week yet I can survive, I feel heavy yet not lazy plus several moments in a day I fart a lot and usually I can't smell my own but in three days I can smell it so nasty. Am I on the right track or I overdone it that is wrong. By the way I also do brisk walking in the morning for almost an hour and according to my applications I go for 5 miles.

I find cleansing diet as vital to our body. My friend who is a doctor told me to have the "Kalamansi" cleansing just weeks before my gallbladder surgery and result is good, the cleansing, according to him, strengthens the vital organ particularly the liver. Four months after my surgery, I feel better, lighter and healthier with exercise and diet. Thanks to the cleansing diet.

Because of the chronic inflammation of my gallbladder, my gallbladder was totally removed including the stones. I think, you need to consult your doctor to have you checked, you may need iron supplements and sour fruits is a good source of vitamin C, and if taken along with the iron supplement, absorption of iron is much better with the sour ones. Going back to the cleansing thing, my MD encourage me to have it before and a month after my operation.

I am sorry but I just cannot help feeling amiss in what you had posted here. First of all, I believe that before you decide to put yourself or rather, your body into some regime like cleansing or detoxification, it would be wise for you to consult a dietician or a doctor. Your admission of being weak is probably some signal that you are not doing the right thing here. I hope that you will take a step back or stop before you do more damage to your fragile and precious body. Last of all, coffee is not really harmful if you are moderate. Do some research before you decide upon some hearsay. Even chocolates - dark ones are recommended for dieters nowadays.

oh thanks about the coffee info, I always craving for it, especially if I feel lazy but holding on thinking it will add on my weight or it can make me want to eat more

I haven't tried such... when I tried going on diet. It was fruits that I ate often but instead of losing weight, it turned out I gained more. So I've stopped that and later felt more difficult losing weight. Brisk walking would be good but feeling weak isn't. Try to make sure you are eating the right foods.

Try a salt water cleanse in the morning. It's kind of painful.. like your stomache cramps and it taste nasty but it helps you get stuff out. Plus if you are feeling weak you may try taking some vitamins once or twice a day.

That's good you detoxify your self that bad smell is from what you have inside that must comes out. My father used that method in cleaning his body and it is good for is heath he never consulted any doctors. When he feel wrong about his body he immediately done those thing. I think you have to stop drinking artificial fruit juices. If it is fresh fruit juices it is more effective. Artificial juices has still chemicals. I've done it before only pure raw vegetables and fresh fruit are allowed to eat more water of course. After three days of pure fruits and veggies I will stop and go through fasting with two days only water no other intake. It is good and it helps our body back in shape and ready to accept food again.

Well if you are on a cleansing then yes your gas is going to smell worse especially if you are ingesting a lot of fruits. Be careful though, it does sound like you are not getting the right nutrients if you are feeling weak. Eat a piece of meat for dinner to make sure you are not going anemic.
