Thinking about the past to move forward.

Recently, I usually feel tired and bored. I feel my health is weak. I don't want to do anything. I go to office as a habit, don't have any interests. I feel life is boring!
This morning, it's rain. So, I get up late a bit. I lay on the bed and thinking about the past. I lived through hard days when I had just graduated. At that time, I must ask the helps from my family. I loss job. I didn't have any other earnings. I wonder why the life was hard like that!
I don't want to turn back that life. I feel more stronger. I began to regain the spirit. I like to work to earn much money. I like to study to improve my skills etc...
Have you ever been in this situation?

I constantly experience and get through that phase, I however have different situation. It's about me, losing my confidence in the thing I've been really passionate about. I've been on hiatus for 6 months, and had it not been for my sister's gift I wouldn't have try to work on it again and try to improve more. I sometimes lose my spirit too, and I feel empty deep inside and I do try to recall the memories in order for me to find why was it happening to me. It's a dull feeling and I really don't like it, but I guess it's part of our lives and it teaches us a thing or two anyway.

I think that our past has a significant impact on the person that we become later in our lives. For example, I know that a lot of the decisions that I've made in the recent history of my life were born out of the fact that I saw my family struggle for years in order to get by. If it wasn't for that, then I believe that I would be a person that was focused on material things. I'm not that way at all, as long as I've got a roof over my head, food to eat and clothes to cover myself, then I am generally a happy person.

You should stop thinking about the past it's not interesting since you can't change it. You have to live now, ask yourself what you can do to make yourself happy each day again. Promise yourself to do so as soon as you wake up and tell yourself: this day will be the new start, the best day of your life!
Make plans, set goals, look forward and (try to) see all the (little and big) great things and possibilities around you.

I am going through the same situation right now. I think that is just really part of life. Do not let the past affect you present. For all you know, if you're living the present your way, doing what you like and be happy, the future should be better. Good thing you're back on track. Life, that is.

Everyone is in that situation my friend! Life can be boring but you just have to look at everything more positively and try to loosen up and have fun. Notice the good things throughout the day and eventually you will have a positive outlook!

I think that we can only truthfully and completely move on, when the lessons of the past are really cemented right in our mind. I think that in the end, those who learn nothing from what has happened, are still rooted right in the past and unable to properly move on. There is a level of unfinished business like one would not believe.
Once we can move on, it should in theory be rather smooth sailing right from here, once we have learned those lessons. Then in time, it is right back to what we need to really do and really press forward right into life. In the end, misery befalls us all but when we have truly time to think, we really just understand that there comes a time to pull ourselves back up into the fray.

everyone should think the past that you had experinceed,you will understand that your life is not easy.you are not only live by yourself but other your parents,relative and others,so you should live the good life.you should adjust your emotion to adapt the changed environment.you should think about more.if you choose your own life,however the difficulty you face ,you will insist on .so you should actived attitude toward the life.
