100 quick calories lost

What are some exercises that you do that you know that burn at least 100 calories quickly. I know that for every one mile you walk you lose 100 calories.. I am not sure about many more, and while I know alot of things are based off of weight and height, but you can always get a general idea.

Walking up and down to stairs are the best way to burn calories quicky, it will helps you to lose weight at the same it will strengthen your legs and promote your walking speed. You can also do this anywhere instead of riding elevator or escalator use the stairs to maintain good posture and good shape. :)

While I have been watching my weight I have gone out of my way to go up and down stairs as often as possible. Before anything I had to take upstairs I would leave at the bottom 'until I go up next time' now I make an individual journey each time!! You don't have to spend a fortune at the gym t up your exercse!!

I beleive that things like this come along with losing weight it's a lifestyle change. You have to decided to take a the hard route rather than the lazy route unfortunetly I live in a very "lazy" generation, and while we don't want it to be lazy and we are trying to be more effient but we are making ourselves more lazy by having the easier routes.

There are all sorts of ways of burning off 100 calories quickly and easily apart from walking.25 minutes of vacuuming around your home will burn around 100 calories while gardening(especially digging and raking) can burn up to 100 in just 15 minutes. 20 minutes of dancing at a reasonable pace will burn 100 calorie, putting a bit of extra effort into your housework for 20 minutes will burn a little more than 100 calories or jog in place for 12 minutes and burn a little more than 100 calories.A light bike ride (around 10 mph) will burn more than 100 calories in just 40 minutes and a a 15-minute leisurely swim will also burn off around 100 calories.25 minutes of lawn mowing and you've burned about 100 calories while just pushing a baby in the pram or pushchair burns approximately 60 calories in 20 minutes - so 2 trips burns off more than the 100 calories.

Running/jogging for about an hour could loose you 730 calories per hour.
Cycling, 600 calories.
Swimming, 500 calories.
Walking, 180 calories.
If your want to really want to burn 100 calories quickly, just walk for an hour and you will attain what you want.

Hehehe...no exercise to burn the calories but doing the exercise to live happy heart laughing and talking. Ohhh my God walking one mile this is not possible for me.
