Is it ok to create a Facebook page on PTC?

Hi all
I am planning to create a Facebook page on ptc sites to allow people comment and share their experience, is it ok to do so? Is it against the rules of Facebook? Anyone can advice?

You can make pages about anything on fb.....You can look on the terms and conditions of fb....Thanks...
