Stress and strain on the nerves can cause a person to have trouble sleeping. And rambling thoughts can cause this problem also.It is a good idea to find some way to relax before trying to go to sleep. For some people it taking a walk, doing some yoga or other exercise, or reading for awhile. THe latter works best for me.

Something but not because of stress of pressure.!! Most of people need a calm and peaceful environment to stay cool and keep focused to any stuff. Normally they just get relax by taking a short nap or sleep. Hmm, cool.!! Its feel bored to sleep more than 8 hours per day and something only happen.

8 hours per day for sleeping,I think it must be assured,it will keep you a good body and good spirit, also, you will be more comfortable if you get enough sleep.ahaha, having a good habit is important.

I have problems sleeping even when I am not stressed right out.I do feel that there are now more people that suffer from lack of sleep due to worries and stresses that they have in their lives.I know that there are a lot of my friends just like me that take pills to help them sleep.
