Is that okay..after eating lunch i always feel really sleepy.. I am so full and it seems uncomfortable sometimes so i let 10-20 minutes pass before i lay down.. Is it okay to sleep when you are still a bit full?

Friend..,
You are not fully correct. Take food, before 1 hour of sleeping. This is correct. But I haven't time to pass that much time. I am not following what I have said..! I f you can you can follow it.

Me too! Whenever I eat so much especially when it's lunch, I get sleepy easily after that. Especially when it's at noon. Hot afternoons usually make me sleepy but when my stomach is full and it's a hot afternoon, I get sleepy easily.

its normal, happen to me too. I guess we feel sleepy after eating because our stomach was hungry before and we eat lunch especially carbo like rice, noodle, or bread it will turn to be sleepy after that. I suggest to avoid sleeping, drink tea or coffee or have some walk or talking to someone. So you won't be sleepy. As your question, It's not good to take a nap after eating, if you kind of diet and want to keep fit of your body type of person. Plus not good for health too darling!!
