I will be cooking “Ginisang Upo” (Sautéed White Squash) tonight for our dinner. I made our weekly menu and had bought all the ingredients needed for a whole week meal – breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am having a hard time to think of what to cook instantly so last Saturday before we head off to the market and grocery, I made a week menu and listed all the ingredients needed. It will save us time and money because we don’t need to go to the market or grocery every now and then especially that we are both working. Also, I can think of healthier food to eat because I have a son but I am glad he loves vegetable and soupy meals. Do you also make a weekly menu?
