I am gonna cook mung bean soup (mongo) for dinner since my husband will only eat chicken noodle soup for dinner. So, my daughter and I will have mung beans. I was really craving for it since I haven't eaten it for a long time already, and now I cannot wait to have it later!!! Do you like mung beans too? If you do, how do you cook it?

I like mine with dried shrimp or dried fish. Sometimes with coconut milk and ampalaya leaf on it. though I get full easily when i eat mung beans easily.

I love it with either dried shrimp or chicharon. Better to have ampalaya leaves or malunggay leaves as well as chilis.

Hmmmmm.. That sounds yummy. I'm gonna have it with chicharon. I wanted to add malunggay leaves on it, but I don't have the malunggay leaves.

Oh yes, I like it with dried fish on it. Yeah, when I was little, I used to put sugar on it too.
