Following their defeat at last weekend's FA Cup, Liverpool will be playing to avenge their defeat to Chelsea in a league match where the two great clubs clash again. Will Chelsea have already found a new solution to tearing apart Liverpool after the latter dominated in the last half an hour to find an equaliser but was denied by a referee decision?
What are you thoughts and who do you think will win the match that will start in about 3 hours time?

Liverpool has thrash Chelsea.
The smarter play by Chelsea only focused on trophy only
and bother in premier league. Good tactics, reserve the player.

Yeah i agree it was good tactics adopted by Di Matteo who preferred to rest his players in the upcoming clash against Bayern Munich in the Champions League final, but it was a disappointing result and match against a team they just beat in the FA Cup final a few days before.

Although the result of this match could go either way, or even a draw, I just feel that Chelsea will again come out on top. They have to win as that is not Chelsea culture to let go of a match, even though they stand a very slim chance of getting a top 4 finish. Actually it is still very much alive as Arsenal, Spurs and Newcastle could still lose in their last match as the opponents that they face are not easy pushovers.
If Chelsea can get 3 points from this Liverpool game, the last match against Blackburn may be the easiest among the 4 teams in contention. Luck seems to be on Chelsea's side lately. I hope to see Di Matteo smiles at the end of the match.

He didn't smile but he said he had no regrets with his team selection. We may see a Chelsea B in their final match against Blackburn later.

Lol compared to Villas-Boas, Di Matteo smiled more times than him. Anyway, Chelsea lost to Liverpool with a disappointing defeat of 4-1. It was a second choice side selected by Di Matteo, but it was understandable as they have been playing a match every three days.

Liverpool took their game up a notch in the league game and Chelsea dropped a notch and the result was dramatic. Liverpool went on to win the match 4-1 almost at a canter. This has been that kind of a season this year with no team really dominant for stretches of time. Each day the team good on that given day seems to win the match.
Cheers!

Well seems like I was a little late, I was expecting a derby again but it seems like since Chelsea got a European spot for the next year, it seems like they lost interest in this match, maybe they're focusing now on the UCL final now rather than the last 2 fixtures (including the one with L'pool) in EPL

I was expecting Di Matteo to have fielded a stronger team against a team they beat just a few days ago to win the FA Cup. with a socreline of 4-1, it was disappointing for a team to have played in such a woeful fashion, especially captain John Terry who made several mistakes.
If Chelsea had won this match again, ti would certainly have solidified their position as the FA Cup winners. Maybe they didn't deserve the trophy.
