Why are Kolkata Knight Riders fans going over the top?

It's true that they have been consistently strong this season and are looking like the side to beat. However, let's not forget that even though they are on top of the table, they have played a game more than Delhi, who have led the table for the past ten days or so. Still, I didn't find any Delhi Daredevils fan boasting about how good their side is or how bad other sides are. In all fairness, Delhi has every chance to win their next game and seize back the top spot.
I was really surprised to see KKR fans flood facebook status with messages such as "we will win this year, etc". Probably they've forgotten that they played solidly last year as well but could not get their hands on the trophy.
I am not against them but just saying that they should continue the good work and the fans should stop degrading other teams in order to praise theirs.

ya you are right it is very difficult to judge which team could win IPL.in IPL 2 it looked like DD would win but finally DC won it similarly in IPL 3 it looked like MI would win but finally CSK had one so I feel any team which comes to top four finally could win

Now kolkata in in great form. They have good both batsmen and bowlers. They gambir,kallis,pathan,macallum for batting, who have the capability to clear the balls miles into boundaries. At first kkr was not having a good start because all of them were in not good form.
Kkr have allrounders like kallis and pathan to do the things well in bowling along with it they have lee and sunil narayene to do it.
If kkr is capable to stay tuned with good form they will be the champions of season 5.
