Flush the toilet properly please!

Excuse me for those of are taking their meals or snacks right now.
It was really not a good day to start flushing someones dirt in the toilet. I am living in a boardinghouse and as i am about to used the CR what actually met me was the unproperly flush toilet with the stain on its side. How annoying is it to people who are irresponsible even to their own dirt and inconsiderate to other. Hope everyone can realize that.

Oh my, what a disgusting and awful sight it must have been.
I am very particular with toilets and if I go to a new place, I would always wonder if their toilets are clean. I have UTI, so I need to take a leak more often. And, if I use dirty cubicles, then it'll just worsen my condition.
I really hate those who wouldn't care about the next person to use the toilet. I wonder how they'd feel if they were the one next in line and would be left with such a mess.

I hate living with irresponsible people. I used to live in an apartment with other people using the toilet. It was a cheap apartment, but I guess "cheap" has its price, too. It's also a toilet problem. People pee on the floor, instead of peeing *in* the toilet. So every time I go there, I always where a pair of slippers. That's really disgusting.

Ew. I suggest for boarding house owners to teach
their boarders that the toilet MUST be flushed
every after use.
