I agree.I've been cheated and dumped by someone long time ago, before I cried every night and even begged to him take me back but he rejected me. But then i realized, why should I waste my time and love to this kind man? He just taking advantage on me and its not worth it. Then I study hard, focus on my future and stard a new life. I also learn how to love and respect my self which lead me to the right path of my life, and it really feels good . I am hapy now that he dumped because i saw the bigger picture of life and found a right man for me who love, care and be there for me no matter what. That's why when we got dumped, cheated and lied we need to stand up, think for the better and prove to them that they making a huge mistake in their life. God bless...

Yeah it's an awful feeling when we as women have been wronged. I agree that it is best to keep ourselves looking good and nice. That is so true. When we look nice we are self esteemed is improved after a breakup and we know that we have hope in our life and are able to move on with our life.

Haha, you got it! I have done this to my ex, when we broke up I made myself look really sexy and beautiful. Whenever he sees me he would comment about it and look at me like he wants to eat, i think. I just smirk at him and go to my new boyfriend who is far better than him. It works really well. Instead of sulking we females should do our best to improve ourselves not just physically but in other aspects. We should be stronger, then maybe a better man will come to us. If we don't do anything about it, new relationship opportunities might slip by and we wouldn't get another chance at being happy with someone.

Feeling positive and having positive thoughts and being thankful for every blessing that come your way surely would give you a positive attitude towards life and surely the "aura" of that positivity would enhance your overall personality with beauty inside and out.

the idea goes that you should love yourself before giving love to others.. because u will never know how to love if u don't spare love for yourself. i also did the same thing. i was cheated by my previous boyfriend. we dated for 2 years. then i found out that he also had a string of relationships.. so, we broke up. i wanted to get revenge, so i planted evil talks against him. it was successful and all his girlfriends turned their backs from him.. but i was not satisfied. i also never know about the idea of looking great as the best revenge. but i did transform and treated myself more to make myself feel better.. because i was so broken. then guys started noticing me, then eventually, he came back to me and asked for my forgiveness and if we could get back together. i forgave him, but i did not went back to him. after all, why would i when i'm happy with someone new... ;)

I agree. As a guy I have to say that after a boy breaks up with a girl and then sees her and she looks smashing it really makes him wonder: "no why the hell did I do that again ?"

I so agree with this! Feeling good, looking good will increase our self esteem after the heart break. This will somehow help us in looking for the better one.
