Hello fulanier!
It's good to have thought of your mother even if you are now also a parent, isn't it? Oh, I am really not sure if you are already a prent but then it's good to think of what our mothers would like to have on their special day.
My mother is born on the month of May, so, it is more likely to celebrate it once. It also depends on how much our budget is...
There are times we do celebrate her birthday and mother's day separately when there's budget... :D
Oh, your mom is 60 years old? She does have to have a celebration for a complete family of yours. It's good to celebrate it with the whole family for it can be a memory for her.

I don't know what kind of things that your mother likes, but my mothers favorite thing to get is professional pictures of me and my children. This year, instead of her getting me a gift and her getting me one like we do every year, I have made plans to have a family photo shoot done. I have 5 children, so there are not many photo studios that would have room for us, so I found a photographer on facebook that travels and does them outside wherever you want. basically for 100 we are going to get a few hours with her taking photos of me, my fiance, 5 children, my mother and stepfather. This is going to be our mothers day gift to each other this year, because we so rarely get family pictures made and my mother and I have not had pictures done together since I was a teenager. Hope this helps.
