I joined this website about a month, and mylot is the only website I earn money in terms of writing job, compared to other website, started in the same time, I earn much less any other website, (even slower than a PTC site). But I read a lot of mylotter always say that this forum is a good web, and earning is quick, so that's why keep me still trying. And I always feel confused about the guildlines, afraid of violate the rules, and yesterday I got delet of some of my discussions, my earning is deducted too. I want to know what other people thinks? share your opinions, thanks

Earning on mylot is quite challenging, getting a payout almost seems like a miracle. I guess the best mylot earners have a lot of patience and a lot of time on their hands. You cannot help discussions being deleted, but it is all about participating. This mylot concept isn't so bad as long as you don't let it make you crazy. I express myself honestly and hope for it to be helpful. A penny for my thoughts so to speak.

Exactly...a penny for your thoughts. Or as I like to refer to it as "putting my two cents worth in"

Possibly here: http://www.piz18.com/category/hello-hi/page/9/ or here: http://www.zwani.com/graphics/animated/ it's quite a common one. Unfortunately, it doesn't animate properly in MyLot because it's the wrong size. Animated GIFs MUST be 48 x 48 pixels to work properly.

I really don't know of anyone who can make a decent living just on myLot, but it's a whole lot better than time wasters that so many people insist on doing. The other day I was sitting in a car and there were 2 young girls in the back seat next to me. One of them was totally engrossed with her phone gadget thingy. I don't know if she was texting or what. It doesn't matter. All that matters is that I saw it as a waste of time when she could have been posting on myLot and earning a bit of money. It all depends on how you look at it. I've been a member here for a time and I will never consider myLot as my main income earner online. But I do enjoy it here most of the time. If you stay busy here and post regularly without worrying about the earnings you may be surprised.

I have had several years as a member of MyLot. I have never received payment. But, I do not agree with you. I have not received payment. Because, I am not active. I almost sav years of inactivity. Now I rarely active. So, very reasonable, if my income low. But, soon, I will receive payment.

Keeping ourselves informed of the guidelines always keeps us in the right track. They help us drive our ship into the right direction. One wrong move and it's going to be "Abandon ship!" Yes, it's going to be like that especially if you commit grave offenses. So to help you out, here is a link to the guidelines: http://www.mylot.com/o/guidelines.aspx Bookmark that page and keep on visiting that link before starting any discussion or posting a comment. Actually you can easily find this link whenever you hover your mouse over the "myLot" tab located between the "earnings" and "fun stuff" tabs that are found at the top of every myLot page. With the wanderings I had here in myLot, I also happened to see some other tips and tricks in order to help us out. Some of these things you will not find in the "terms" or "FAQs" link that we always see at the bottom of every myLot page. So I'm sharing it here to you: http://www.mylot.com/GoAskAlice

I have been on mylot for less than a month, about 2.5 weeks as a matter of fact. I don't know what is considered "good" earnings or what other people expect to earn from it. I just know that it would never be enough for me to live on, no matter how much time I spent here. I just consider it a bonus if I can get some money for playing on the computer. I'm on here anyway so I may as well pick up a few extra bucks while I'm doing it. My earnings seem to be adding up fairly quickly as far as I can see. What do you consider slow earnings? What are your expectations from mylot? Good luck on this site. I hope it meets your expectations.

All I can say is that this site would have not lasted long, as it has for so many years now, if it is not what it is today. A good paying site. You have to earn for it so the best way to do it is to get involve more. I'm sure there are many discussions here that can help you earn more here. Good luck and happy mylotting!

If you do something here then you will earn too (if what you do is within the guidelines). It works like this here on myLot: I type, I earn. YOU type, YOU earn! Simple! If you don't get active then you will not see your earnings increase because myLot don't pay us just to look at the pages!

This is a great site but then what do you expect? earnings would not flow that easy you have to exert more effor kai, look at those numbers beside your name, that equates to how much effort you are exerting here. Increase those numbers and believe me your earnings will increase as well. See people can earn more an 1 dollar a day here given more effort, join more, have fun more..

Hello friend, Going by your profile, you have just started out here. If you look forward to mylot earning to pay your bills you are going to be disappointed and your participation won't have the same zeal and quality. It's the best to add as much quality as you can to the site and look at the earning part as a goodwill gesture from mylot. That ways you would be more knowledgeable with a bit of money to show for it. Not a bad deal, is it?

Remember that your earning depends on the number of your participation, the frequency and most of all the quality. so if you think that your earning is slow, you might know now what to do or improve to get high earnings here. You can also try tasks and using the mylot search box for extra income.

I do reach the minimunm payout of $10 in a month that's why I can say myLot is a good paying site. Maybe you need to participate more in discussions or start new ones? Posting just a few replies or starting only a few discussions will not help you reach the minimum amount. I usually spend an hour or two in myLot everyday and I was able to make $10 a month :)

Hello and welcome to myLot! Mylot is so simple. You have already known about starting discussions and commenting back to responses.Maybe you should know this now,as the others said, you earn for your quality participation here. You earn for what you write(and it should heed to guidelines).Don't worry about guidelines. There are only a few restrictions here like there should be no poll type discussions and discussions that have a referral link to promote your referrals. Some more like that-repeated discussions would be deleted. It's better to use the myLot search to check if your topic was started already by someone. You also get rewards for using the search engine normally like you use all other search engines.Alright? That's a bonus to your earning right? It may seem like you earn so less, but when you write quality responses, big or concise, you get paid for the overall quality participation.I'm sure it will increase when you reach 100 posts. You are already 60 odd posts now. Don't worry if your discussion is deleted. It might have violated the guidelines. If you could not remember those, just bookmark the page and before starting a discussion please read that for 4 times, and the 5th time you will be sure of it.If your discussion was deleted-the money you earned will be deducted too.Don't worry as newbies we all have faced those and when you become familiar with this site-all will be good. Anymore doubts? Feel free to ask me!

Don't worry you just have to keep typing. If you do that, the money should just keep piling up. I do not understand why the money is not added right then.I think it takes a day to be added. I don't get why. This is the first website that actually has paid.

I do agree that the earning from mylot is slow. But if we compare to other sites, I am sure that this mylot is more reliable and more committed in term of the payment. In my belief, I shall earn in whatever I have written in this forum. At the end of the month, I shall able to collect whatever I am expecting to. If I do not want my responses to be deleted, then I shall be careful in responding or commenting to the right discussions. Here, I shall remind myself all of the while to post quality comments or responses. Just be patient and keep working in it, for sure you will find out more advantages of this mylot.

wow, this is a very generative discussion that you could if you are still here be earning from. Many mylotters have given you great tips to help you earn. On this site, you need to participate and be active in order to earn. It is not fast unless you are very active and avoid they types of questionable things that may make your eligible for deletion. I think that if you focus on your interests, it will be easier to comment/respond and start discussion. Even, in this discussion, you have a large amount of individuals who have added information for you to try and respond to (tasks, search, etc...). Learn to maximize your time and work in whatever site that you are in. You may also like Sidetick for earning as well.

Hello, I also have been coming to this site for about a month. Definitely not a get rich quick type thing. Not going to earn a full-time income doing it either. My opinion is that it is just for a few dollars in your pocket and enjoyment. Good luck to you!!

At the first time, usually most of people will think about the money. But time to time, usually they will change their perspective. When they receive a thanks from other who get help by their comments. Also when they got something new from others, whether knowledge, tips and tricks, etc. That was a greater compare with cent to cent.
