How do I stop my cat from getting on my nerves? She keeps moving from the open window, to the couch, to her sleeping chair, to the kitchen, to the bed, on the piano, back to the open window. I have the feeling she's telling me 'I'm bored'!

She might have seen something outside such as an animal or bird and is trying to get to it via her own mind in this way, with the windows being mentioned a few times in your discussion the way they were. My cat does this when she sees something outside, too and wants to get at it. She goes from window to window to see if she can still see it through the other windows. Otherwise you might want to keep her from being bored by playing with her, cats can get bored too, yes.

Haha maybe she is bored! Have you thought of petting her or playing a game. Pick up one of her toys and swing it around until she paws at it and then throw it so that she will chase it.
