I love the book. I love how it incorporates mysticism with real-life ideas and values and problems. I was so enchanted by it. By the way, I hope my painting would be as I am now.

Agree completely with droffee; it's great how Wilde can inject his own philosophy and tastes into things without sacrificing character.

I like this book very much, it is a great lesson about values, and put first what is the most valuable in one person, over the looks, wich are superficial

Yes, I read this book also. Although I read it a while ago and enjoyed it very much it wasn't one of my favourite. It was an interesting concept and shows a not-so-flattering side of human nature.
