finally down to the TOP 3

Hollie will not give up. She is a kid, has a strong family, many skills and talents. Hollie will move on. I have cable TV with on demand. I could go to my on demand and view the last two American Idols but I do not have that much time. I might view the Thursday show because it is only one hour. For whatever reasons, I do not care for Phillip as much as I like the other two. it is strange because my favorite form of music is folk music which is what Phillip does. I find it strange that I prefer Joshua or Jessica. See you Wednesday. If I view last Thursday's show, I will post some comment about my observation.

yes she really does have a strong family and since she is just a kid she has her whole life ahead of her. i also have on demand cable but like you said i rarely have the time to go back in time and watch the old shows. yea i like country music a lot and that may be why skyler was my favorite overall but i also thought she had a lot of talent. i thought phillip was into country to but either way i think that he has a lot of talent also. i think the main reason i like phillip the best is because i am getting a little bored watching the other 2. i guess i am having a hard time relating to them but they still have tons of talent. i would love to hear you thoughts on thursday nights show if you get a chance to watch it because you always have something i didnt see to point out lol plus then you can hear jimmy actually NOT like Joshua lol sorry i guess i was a little happy to hear that "the favorite" for once had something bad said about him.

yea i was very upset when it went down and i couldnt start it but everyone still came when it was back up and running again :) lol everyone has a right to their on opinion and to me yes i like philllip but i will admit that i do not like him now as much as i did about a month ago but that could be because he has been sick and just not performing the best he can. i have been thinking after phillip was in the bottom 2 the top 2 may be jessica and joshua but no one really knows atleast not until they perform this wed :) yes the voting is based on the little teenage girls voting for the cute guy and not the person with the most talent but it has always been like that. thats why i think that the judges should have the last say so on the final 2 but if that was the case joshua would defiantely win. they thought that the duo needed more for both of them because they both have ery storong voices. i think they also liked hollies 1st song but they couldnt stand the 2nd one she sang even tho i thought it was good and i enjoyed it. they were harsh yes on both days when it came to hollie and that 2nd song. like i said i liked it and they could have been a little nicer about it but thats my own opinion. i am not sure how she handled it but i think she knew that she was going home before the day even got there because of the night before. i know she was devistated and hurt because to them they just lost everything but i hope she doenst give up.

honestly it would be nice to see jessica rise to the top to break the male winning streak. she has a lo of talent but at the same time i am getting a little bored with it because she keeps picking all the old songs. it is just hard for me to relate to her. Joshua is a very talented boy and he has an amazing voice but the same goes with him he is sticking to a certsin type of songs and i have been unable to relate to them but just going off the sound of his voice he is great and he is the favorite. Phillip i really like him a lot and i enjoy seeing him perform each week. i will say that the last few weeks there has been something off with him. after the week where the contestants made fun of the way he sang i havent seen many facial expressions and the movements he did. that is what made him him. i think they all could sell atlest 1 record but i am not sure that Jessica and Joshua can sell more than 1 because like i mentioned above they sing the same things over and over. i really think phillip would be the 1 sell more than just 1 and really succeed in this type of career. i never really noticed that they were not popular in the both i just assumed they were lol thats only my opinion and everyone has a right to their own opinion. what do you think?

Phillip, he will do better in the industry if he will be givewn a chance to sing his own songs, he is not a singer, he is an artist, singer song writers are not marketed for their voice, they were marketed for singing their own songs. I think Phillip struggles to be a good singer cos he is an artist and he should not be covering songs but thats the rule of idol. if he wants to sell albums, he should avoid what the last 4 winners did. Jessica.....Filipino singers are known for vocals not for song writing, I think her career can be handled well if she will be guided with her songs by pop producers. I dont think producers will give her a Mariah/Celine album.... she might get marketed like the other Maintream Filipino singer, which is Nicole Scherzinger, I think producers will compose songs that can make her voice current. I just hope they wont autotune her, she might go for the beyonce route but less sexy since she is a minor. she can also try broadway, Filipino singers do well there. Joshua- I can see him singing gospel, I dont know if he is religious but gospel is the route he needs to explore. He wont do well with pop and rnb. I just dont see him getting marketed the Usher/R.Kelly/Justin Timberlake Route. He can also go the Ruther Van cross route. Christian songs will keep him relevant in the music industry.

i agree with you there. i wasnt really sure how to explain phillip and you nailed him on the dot i think. he is a great artist and i also believe that if given the chance to sing his own songs and is given the chance to just be the unique guy that he is that he will succeed in a career and sell many records. that is very true the last 4 idols havent done all that much but i will say that last years winner scotty is moving on up slowly but he is kinda local for me wo i do listen to him every once in a while. Jessica has had a lot of problems with some of the songs that she had to sing but that is what happens in idol because they have to sing certain songs. i can see her in pop music also. i think that if they can make songs for her to sing that are more current like you said then she will also go far but then again there are people out there that like that kind of music and thta is why she is still here. i am just not fond of the music but thats my opinion. that is exactly what i was thinking for joshua. he has amazing talent but i see him singing those more godly songs and that is ok there are a lot of people out there that also like that kind of music. i do not think he could make it if he sang another genre. do you know what his genre was when he tryed out? i do not remember but they usually go back to that when and if they win. i am not sure about the ruther van cross route i am not aware of that i guess. i may have to look that up just to see lol.

yes with all the exposure that each of them have recieved they are all winnres. they have gotten their name and their voices out there for the world to hear. each of them has the chance to come out on top each week it all depends on their performance and the pick of their songs that week and also on the votes that they get either for the performance or the young ones for the cute guys. many years now it has came down to 2 males and i think that may be possible this year even tho jessica has a lot of power in her voice and a lot of talent. i wish them all good luck and i cant wait to see who wins and what each contestant does after the show :)

yes that is true if she would have picked better songs suited for her and her voice then the results could have been diffrent. yes they all have strong people supporting them and that is good to see. at this point they all have a chance and winning the top. i would like to see jessica choose some diffrent sogns and joshua to. the only one that i have seem change up the songs each week is phillip and i really would like to see him win but we all have our own opinions :) good luck to them all :)

Actually, as was watching it i have the feeling that it was Hollie who will be voted out. Specially, when i heard Jessica sing and the judges gave her a standing ovation. Not because i am a Filipina like Jessica who is half Flipina and Mexican , do i want Jessica, but like you said for me i also think she really is a very good singer!

yes i agree it was pretty obvious that she was going home this week but i agree i think she could do amazing things in a recording studio. yes jessica has a lot of talent and she has a lot of power behind her voice. she comes on the stage like a professional each week but to me i think she is trying to be to mature for her age and she is choosing all the old songs. i would love to hear a little diffrent kind of songs from her. BUT everyone has a right to their own opinion :) good luck to all 3 of them it is coming down to the wire and they all have some amazing talent in their own special ways.

yes it is natural and even tho i hate to see 1 go home each week it has to happen that way. jessica is good and very talented but i guess to me because of her choice in songs i am unable to relate to her my favorite was skyler but now that she is gone and hollie is gone i am rooting for phillip i think he is the only 1 i would listen to after the show but it also will depend on the type of songs the winner sings when they are done with the show. i also wish each of them good luck it is getting down to the wire now.
