I thought that saying those three words to my Mom was a bit of awkward since I'm not used to doing it. I am shy coz I now she would say that I am a bit corny! But I really wanted to do it. You know what, I even forgot to say Happy mother's day to her. But I know she knows how much I love her because the love of a mother is immeasurable. How about you guys?

I tell her "I Love You" every day, even if I'm far away most of the times. I miss my mom when she's not around. Nothing compares to the way she takes care of me.

I can't even tell. Sad, but, we grew up not being very affectionate. This is one of my frustrations in our family, and I will make sure that my kids will always have the courage to say those words to me, their father, and each other. It feels really good to hear those words once in a while.

We are just the same. I can't really tell my mom those 3-letter words personally because I feel ashamed to do it. And I would make sure that my children in the future would be closer to me so they won't experienced this kind of feeling I had.

Well, my Mom has been gone now for over 4 1/2 yrs. so if I could have the chance to tell her again I would. So for me, I would think it would be important to let her know from time to time you Love her even if it is in a just because.

a pleasant day juhrina029, with regard to your query, ask for me here, i do always say "i love you" to my family members as often as possible. since, i really do not know what will happen on the coming days, so i rather express it as early as i can. hence, i will just past the way but once, so if there is any kindness or good thing that i can do, i would rather do it now, for i never know if i can pass that way again.

It was on the day of mothers day i had told her I LOVE YOU. I an happy to tell you that i had presented a nice gift and she is much happy with it. I wonder why you feel shy to tell your mother. Remember it is your mother who dedicated her life for you and it is very important to tell and express the love for her.

You know,it just felt like we're strangers with each other and maybe that's because we don't often have family bonding together.

yeah i am definitely like you too and sometimes when i am really happy or exited i just forgets everything and goes up to my mother and give her a kiss and says i love you. these three words are really magical because these words are the key to someone else s heart.take care and may god bless you and your family.

I never forget to tell "I love you" to my mom everytime I speak to her over the phone. I agree with you mothers love cannot be measured nor incomparable. I love my mom above all and nothing can compare of what love my mom gave to me and never neglect those important event to her. I just want to show her how important she is to me,so lucky and blessed of a mom like her. I think we need to express how much we love our mother, because we don't know till when they will be there for us..

I last said it to her when we got off the phone last night. We are pretty close and try to talk often. I understand what you mean though because even though I don't really have a problem saying I love you to my dad, it always feels a little awkward, even when it is completely genuine.
