what foods that are good in our body that may help in reducing some pounds, belly fats, really healthy foods that i can eat in daily basis. so i can have some ideas what to eat.

Oh yes, I read about eating oat meals a lot as they help you feel full so you don't look for more food to eat. I agree with all the other advice babyEj have shown here.

For healthy food, berries is the perfect choice if you are looking for vitamins and other benefits food can offer. You should also try out authentic green tea. Just one cup per day will give you more health benefits than you can imagine.

Yes, I also read somewhere that green tea does help one to lose weight. There is even a popular slimming tea in my country which is 'kankunis' with these ingredients are are suppose to help reduce weight: Senna, Shiu Sen Tea and Malvae. Others I can recommend are eating 6 small healthy meals a day, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and I discovered only recently that apple cyder vinegar can also help reduce weight if you drink about 2 or more teaspoon a day. Anyway, I should be the first to apply most of the tips I just shown because honestly I don't do all of them even though I know it would help me reduce my weight..but I'm sure they work because I tested them myself before :)

Fruits and vegetables are the best choices. Especially those food rich in fiber- which are fruit and wheat too. There are juice available in the market for losing weight too- some are effective.

For reducing your weight you need to control the food which your eating. Keep an certain limit to your food which you eat. This is the one of the method to reduce your weight. Doing regular exercise also make your body to get rid of your wanted weight but make sure that you do them regularly.
