i can't enter my paypal acc, i enter my paypal email add and press enter, and when i got back in my payment info, my paypal email add is blank,

I suggest you clear your cache in your browser.
If this doesn't fix it, there might be a poor internet connection.
It takes Paypal to load slower if your connection is slow too; need patience if tha is the case.

I suggest you clear your cache in the browser you are using... and after try to LOG-in again in your account. If this doesn't fix it. Try using other browser. If not again, maybe there is something wrong with your internet connection.
