Can you name the ten virtues and discuss one of them?

According to William J Bennett in the Book of Virtues he says that moral education - the training of heart and mind toward the good involves many things; it involves rules and precepts, meaning the dos and don'ts of life with others, as well as explicit instruction and training. It must provide training in good habits and he believes further that good habits formed at youth make all the difference, and moral education must affirm the central importance of moral example. What is your opinion and can you name some virtues?
