The best way to spend your summer holidays or vacation.

Currently, I have 2 months summer vacation. I have a lot of time but only a few things to do. I'm wondering if there's anything interesting I can do for 2 months. I've been wandering around our town and city but I can't find anything new at all.
Since our place is known for its beautiful white sand beach resorts, I usually go swimming in the beach and go island hopping too. Been doing this for years. And now I want something new.
But I also want to hear from you guys. what do you usually do during your summer vacation? I just want to know what you do and maybe I can also do it here in my place.

Try going to another places here in Philippines. Or, go on a trip to the place that you haven't been yet. :-) Every summer time, we always go somewhere except for this year because my husband just had a surgery so he is still in pain, but we could have go on a vacation but I am afraid that he will not enjoy it, so we will just go by August or September.

thank you so much. well, I would really love to try other places. however, I am still a student and I don't have enough budget to go on a trip. haha. so as much as possible i just go to different areas in my city or visit other cities in my province. of course going out on a trip needs money so I can't really do that now. :(
But anyways, I hope I can do that in June. Will save more. :)

My brother, some of our friends and I have picked up this very addictive hobby which I would like to also suggest to you to try out. I'm talking about fishing, with the rod and reel. It may sound boring but once you get hooked, you just really want to do it all the time. We've been doing this for a few months now. I hope you could try it out and enjoy the experience.

that's a very good suggestion. I hope one of my friends had experienced fishing too so that I can ask them to teach me. But I can't remember anyone who went fishing somewhere. :))
But anyways, I will try to look for someone who can possibly teach me on that. :)

Take a trip to jamaica, even though you said you are tired of the beaches and island hopping. i Guarantee that if you came to jamaica and spent your summer vacation here you would find out that Jamaica's beaches are way better than most if not all the caribbean islands. I know it might seem as if i'm being a bit extra, but seriously just our creole would have you smiling all the way back home "Ya mon" lol.
