Finding Referrals Is Complicated... Any tips?

I am affiliated with several of the GPT sites currently floating around and even more of the traffic exchanges yet I cannot seem to find referrals. I found a few places like Craigslist.org that allow you to post free ads and still, nothing. Does anyone here have any ideas? I tried to search past posts here but for some reason I get nothing but a white page when I try. Thanks for any tips you may have.

Finding referrals may be easy today as everyone wants to make some extra money. You can start a free blog in blogger to put the details and banners of sites you wish to get referrals. Also, you can use social media profiles. Also mylot is good to do this task to some extent. :)

Create a blog about money making then put your referral links there. Good luck and may you find referrals. I got some of my referrals from that technique.

May I ask who you went with to create your blog? If it is against the rules to post that information here feel free to message me, I don't mind if it is a referral link either if the site you used offers something like that.
