Hi svcvmamidi,
When I'm traveling I just like to eat, lol! And chocolate is definitely in my bag of goodies. Fruit, nuts, chips, pretzels and chocolate are usually what I eat when on the road (depending on how far I'm going). Goobers chocolate covered peanuts are awesome! I like Cadbury also but Dove I like more. I do not like Hershey chocolate.
Happy traveling!

I would always eat things like chocolate to give me energy, but then I realised that there are other things that are better for you, as obviously chocolate is not good for you in the long term. If you know that you're going to be doing a lot of exercise, then it would be much better if you could be able to eat a good meal of pasta or something like that the night before you were due to do the exercise, as this means that you would be able to cope with the exercise a lot better as it releases energy gradually rather than things like chocolate that would release it quickly and then you would crash right down again.

I do take chocolates with me when traveling long distance, or buy in between. Sometimes, they help keep us energized as well as prevent headache during long travels, and especially in hilly areas.

I love to eat chocolates too. But when I'm travelling I won't. The sweetness of the chocolates will remain in my mouth which I don't think good for my teeth. I really take good care with my teeth now. My mother told me that out gums is not like other people's have according to a Doctor. Most of our family members used dentures already and in our family, I'm the only one without dentures. That's why I want to take care of my teeth. I want to change for the goodness of my future generation.

Whenever we travel, we bring chocolates with us. It is handy and small but enough to give you energy to last for hours :)\
Especially when we go on malling and walking around parks, or do the gym, me and my friends eat chocolates, just small quantities though.
