Websites that do beta-testing through users, and give rewards?

Hey guys, I am looking for websites that need beta-testers and are willing to pay them for testing. Does anyone know any good sites. I am not looking for cash payments only, sites that offer rewards and prizes also will do! I am currently beta testing for the Jared Company, which beta-testers test the trial version, and later, we receive the final version for FREE Anyone know of any similar websites?? Thanks
