I am big on schedules and planning ahead. Especially for trips and new activities, I want to make sure I get to maximize my time. However, recently, I'm no longer working, so I have plenty of time to waste at home. I'm more spontaneous now, but I still set schedules for a few regular routines.

I procastinate most of the time. But if I have set my mind to doing something or achieving a task, I usually make a time plan and I dtick to them. And because I do not plan often, i get irritated if the events do not turn they way I plan them. Hehehe so when I plan , I have plan a,b,c. Hehehe it pays to be prepare. But sometimes even the best laid plans do not succeed so i will have to improvise or give up and better do something about it so that i wont fail the next time around.

I am the kind of person who likes to know what I'm doing and I will make lists if I can about everything that I know I have to do during the course of a day. Once I have done this, I feel a lot better about everything as I know that I am going to be able to get everything done that I need to without having to worry that I'll have missed something out. There is nothing more satisfying than being able to cross things out as I've got them done on my list, so I will continue making my lists as I know that they help me out in my day to day life.

on planning activities, i make a schedule if it's not my priority.. priorities can't be forgotten.. I always do it because I know it's for my goodness.. but activities like attending parties, helping friends, reach out programs, etc. needs to be written in my To-Do booklet for me to be reminded about it.. I am not a lazy kind of person but I am so busy to accomplish everything.

I always make schedules for my daily/weekly tasks. I write down what I need to do and when I have specific deadlines. I also take notes because I need to remember everything! I usually complete my tasks or if I don't, I move them to the next day unless there is a time limit. When I was younger, I also used to do hourly plans for my studying, for the projects etc but not I have stopped because it's more stressful and I am not so busy any more!

Though i think this is convenient and efficient to do.But i suppose there is a disadvantage, that is ,we are always reply on this and this is really not good for memory training.Anyway, sometimes i become stressful if they are not listed.

I like to make schedules as a way of dividing my time by giving all the things I want to do a time frame. I try to be reasonable about it. I may have to change my schedule as needed, but allowing time to do the many things you may have to do in a day or a week is smart. A schedule gives me a possible way to accomplish things in a timely, sufficient manner. Some things are better done at certain times and/or on certain days. This is the reason for scheduling, so you have time to do what you plan. Scheduling is a plan for time, and a great way to time what you have planned.

I really do try and make a lot of schedules right for my life, because it is really the best way to really keep organized right in my life. Granted, when I do make those schedules, I really just try and leave some flexibility. Because as I have learned all too well, rather painfully many times in the past, the unexpected rather happens. Still in the end, structure is something that is really needed to really accomplish a lot of my goals. There are just something about rather making a lot of that schedule and planning a lot of my life. With enough room to really change direction should live really throw a curve ball right to me. In that way, life really both has structure and can be predictable.

I write down the things I need to do on a day but not more as 2-3 otherwise I am running out of time, it causes me stress if something comes in between as well, since I don't write down everything and it's impossible to plan your whole life (or even a day esp. with kids). Only problem is mostly I forget to check and what I wrote down I still remember. I am not a lazy problem, my problem is I do way too much and it kills me and my health so the idea is to stop this running around day and night.. still working on that.

People say that its better to make a first plan before complete or begin to do any stuff. Without any schedule even a piece of plan could made up a difficult situation later. I often make a sketch before any achieve my goal, hmm

Well not exactly on paper , but I do plan ahead , even the smallest details are looked into .This helps a lot ,things move faster and get done smoothly too. But this is possible only if you are in total control , for it might not be possible when other people are involved ,as the saying - Too many cooks spoil the broth .So I,d say a little planning will take you a long way .

I have a friend who is really funny that she wants to buy something for daily use.But when she got there she found that she could not remember anything she want.So next time she has to make a note and write everything down.I find after that, she did things smoothly.lol

For the past few years,I always find myself in a place wherein I have to think of my accomplishments for that year. I always end up with regrets - I often say "What a waste". That's why, recently, I started making a "to-do" list divided in hours-for my daily activities. I stick to it and give some room for adjustments, just to be flexible at times. We can't avoid delays - traffic jams, elevators, long queue and so much more. Aside from the daily schedule, I have also my monthly "to-dos". Now, I believe that this can help me to be more focus and be more "in control" of my life. I can really assure that I'm working on towards my goals in life. It really works for me.

Well having a schedule is a very good thing. Having a schedule(s) makes your task easy and organize, that is if you follow each step. You cannot also complete your schedule(s) if you don't motivate yourself. As for me I like that each move I make was scheduled because I can formulate another option if a particular step of my sched will fail. ^^

Yes, I do make schedules but not as often as I make lists. I often make them to make sure I do all the things that I need to do in a given time. Especially if I had too much work and items involved. I don't do them everyday especially if the day is going to be filled with routine activities. however, I* do make and use them when I am anticipating an importation event to happen. I think making plans and schedules is a good idea,e specially for a lazy perosn like me (too) and when I feel like procrastinating.
