Gas cards that are good for anywhere in the US?

I'm googling around to see if I can find anything, but also wondering if anyone here knows of any gas cards that are good for any gas station in the US? I'm supposed to be giving my sister gas money to come pick me up from az to ca and looking for gas cards that are good for all over, if not should i just use a random nameless prepaid visa from like walmart or something? We are kind of trying to avoid doing a money grahm thing

Most gas cards are for a particular company. If you are looking for a card that she could use at any brand gas stations, the best way to go would be with a greendot visa money card, you can purchase at Walmart. The only problem with those, you need to look at their website, because when you fill up with gas, it deducts a set amount, I believe it's $35, so you really need to keep receipts and know how much you have available on the card. The best way is to keep a little notebook, with your card balance and deduct the amount you spend. Sometimes it might take a few days for the amount to be deducted from the card. The good part of going with a greendot card is that it has the lowest monthly fee of any prepaid visa card available. I use to travel with one of these cards. It is also accepted at hotels, restaurants, etc. I have a gas card, but the company I have, is not found in all states, so I use my bank card for other purchases.
