What is member level?

What is the member level that is behind his name when looking in the interests page? How can I see my level and how it is calculated?
I am more than 6 years a mylot member and just today, out of curiosity was looking to find my level. Does anyone knows how the system works?

Now you are having 9 stars and 92 as mylot rating. Once you reach 95.56 you will go to 10 stars. You can know that by taking the cursor to the star.
