After Week 1 of the impeachment, I lost interest because of the bunglings of the prosecution and the stonewalling of the defense team, and tuned off the topic. But yesterday was fun. Morales was one feisty witness that Cuevas could not break or shame. Like the gallery, I applauded the Senate's move to allow the power point presentation of the dollar accounts of CJ. I was struck by the way that Cuevas kept on hiding behind technicalities. So what will CJ's defense be when asked why these accounts were not in his SALN? His children owns these accounts? What do you of the Senate tussle between these two? Who do you think won this round? Do you believe that CJ owns these dollar accounts? Is this the smoking gun that will finally impeach him? Love to hear your opinions!

the trial has not ended yet. both cuevas and morales are retired justices. i saw the replay of the trial and thought that morales did better than cuevas. morales is solid out there. no matter what questions they threw unto her, she has the answer which appears to be coming from a factual source. i wish the trial would end soon.
