i find it difficult to stick to a goal. Can anyone give me some advice on the issue? I've tried writing it down in a obvious place, like sticking a memo on computer monitor or light switch. But i soon turn a blind eye to the notice. I've also tried giving incentives, but i can't stick to that neither.

I think the most important thing is to set an "attractive" goal, then to divide it into several stages. Make sure every stage is not very difficult. And when you achieve one stage, you can obtain rewards more or less. Then you can full of confidence and insist to the end.

Can you explain some more on "attractive goal"? I know it may vary to persons but can you kindly give some examples?

You have to get it into your daily routine and not skip any days at all. Once you do this for a week or so, it will be engrained in your mind and body. Also setting a specific time to do the plan works too. For example, once I turn on my computer each day, I first do my rewards sites, and then go onto my email. I have kept this routine for a while now, and find that I stress out if I don't follow it!
