Life On Other Planets

I do believe that there is life on other planets. But what you have to ask yourself is "how close is their planet to ours?" Because if it's very close, then they can and probably will visit us (if they haven't already). But are they close? Outer space is so vast that going to a heavenly body from our planet (excluding the moon) can take hundreds or thousands of years. Even if you wanted to go to Pluto, which, when you consider the vastness of space, is pretty close to our planet, can take about 50 or so years. It's likely that their home is in another solar system within our galaxy (the Milky Way) but if it's not, then they would have to travel from some other galaxy. My point here is that we have to look at it from their point of view. They may not have the technology to bridge the gap and get here within their life span (which could be longer than ours), or they may wonder if it's worth coming here considering the great effort and expense (I'm pretty sure they have some concept of resources, and the shortage thereof). But I could be wrong. They may have 2500 year life spans, cryogenic sleep (their version), and warp speed. It's just that we may not be that important to them, and with so many planets with life on them (as I believe there are many), we may be on the bottom of their long list of "Places we'd like to visit".

People believe in what they want to believe in, I believe based in what I see. To see is to believe right. But there are some "evidence" that they said to be the alien's sign. Did God made the alien? Or did the alien made us? I've seen the movie the 4th kind and I must say that it is really disturbing. That movie seem so true, and the aliens in the movie said that there's no God and They are the one who made us.

I think that was before, well when people think that everything revolved around the Earth and not the Sun. Of course that has been disproven before already planet pluto has been demoted even right? hehe its not even a planet anymore. Anyway, like you i also think that it is not possible that there are no other life in the vast universe. of course that it is just not the fact, of course there are life forms out there and we are just few years, or decades into actually finding them and interacting with them. probably they are to interact with us.

I think you are right.I mean our planet is like a little spec when compared to the whole universe.There are lot of other planets out there,bigger,smaller,and with a lot of qualities that even our earth doesn't have.The reason scientists say that there can't be life is because that believe that there can't be water on them.But what is the life forms on some distant planet evolved from other chemical which replaces water in their body. I do believe that there are life on other planets and that we will have a chance to encounter them.Sooner or later.

I also think that we'd be ...conceited to think that in the whole endless universe there isn't one single other lifeform capable of thought.I agree wtih you that we'll eventually be exposed to this but I can't predict when and how.I have this thory,though that if there're aliens they would be vastly different from our main idea about them because we're only capable to imagine things that are somewhat similar to life forms on our own planet and there is no guarantee that life forms from other planet would have anything in common with ours because of different conditions and other factors.

yeah i m also believe in that. everything will not be believed until it happens in real life. similarly life in other planet will not be acceptable by some body now but it will be happened in future. life in other planet will be possible in future for new generations. lets wait for science and god's creature.

there might be a another planet with life forms with hi-fi technologies and they would be too thinking about the same question about life in other planets.. Earth is a tiny speck in our milky way Galaxy. there are millions of galaxies in the Universe, so i think there should be several earth-like planets with life. Even i have a thought that there are chances for another universe too.. y not..? if v hav another earth, sun, solar system and galaxy..why not an another universe..?

Hiya MG., Always always I have felt that there has to be some kind of life on those Planets out there. Even though they are getting very negative investigation results at the moment. Could it not be that they live beneath the surface of those Planets I ask myself they could be sort of underground People but having a World practically similar to ours but underneath and that is why no one can see anything although it seems obvious from the surface of the planet itself that there was something there before. Whoever they are they are obviously way ahead of us on every level and probably come back to see how we are doing. Like someone else says that the paintings and drawings in the Caves are quite clear about that. There is so much evidence left around the Earth that we probably cannot see it for looking we only see the forest and not the trees. Yes I really feel that whoever they are are out there but exactly how I don´t know have no idea at all. We have a lot of U.F.O sightings here and lots of incidents as well to do with those faraway People. Would be so exciting for them to come up with a Planet that is more or less at our stage of evolution instead of them shaking their heads all the time and saying impossible.xxx
