How To Slim The Face & Neck?

Dear myLotters,
Most of us will prefer to have good health, good shape of body and outlook. Me either. I workout, exercise regularly, practice balance diet and healthy lifestyle. I manage to cut down my weight, lose some fat yet somehow, I feel that my face and neck is not slim enough. I mean, they look kind of big. I wonder how to reduce the fat and make it slimmer. Any suggestion from you?

Sometimes the face and the neck are the last things to slim down. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water to flush all the 'toxins' out of your body. If you end up losing weight and still seem to have too big of a face it could actually be thyroid related. I would then check in your doctor to get tested for thyroid function.

Unfortunately you're unable to spot reduce fat, and if you want to lose the weight from there you are going to have to lose weight from everywhere. The easiest way to do this would be to slightly reduce the amount that you're eating, and start doing some exercise. Simple things like walking are underrated, and it means that you are burning calories to get rid of some of the fat. Just make sure that you are nice and active for at least one hour per day, and this should help for you to lose the fat that you are aiming to.
