Buying a house, it is still my dream.........

yes i m also very much interested to build my new house before starting my life. If we owns a home that gives a great relief and tension free life. if we dont own a home each and every day we will think of our own home along with other expenses that gives more pressure. So only i m actively involved in more than one job so that i can earn some good income with the help of that i can chase dreams..

It's good that you have a good goal :) If you trying to put some money on the side whenever you can then maybe someday you can fulfill your dream. :)

I think it is always good to go for buying houses. I think you should calculate the cost of the house and house loans various banks provide and the interest and the amount you can pay. I think it would be great for you to buy land and to start building the house with proper planning. Best of luck.

I know the feeling. Rent here is fairly expensive, too. I feel like we are just throwing our money away renting; however, buying is not currently an option. The prices of houses and land are on the high side here. After doing a bit of research, I've pretty much concluded that we won't be able to stay in this particular area; if we are to have any hope of ever buying any sort of housing, we have to move to a different area... or, possibly, a different state.

Having my own house is also my dream, but Im not so worry about it since my BF says he will take care evrything. I think there some loan the bank could offer to buy your own home. Im not expert about this thing they offer at the bank, but I know there kind of credit/loan for that, it was how my aunti gt her own home where she lives now. You can go to bank and ask information about that, may be they will asking some information about you salary, your job, and other thing that can help them to decide if you are acceptable for that kind of loan or not. Give it a shot :)

Especially for young man, buying a house is really not an easy thing. Maybe we should ask for help from our family. It is really a awkward period of time.

I hope that your dream about your own house will come true. I understand why you want to buy your own house. There are many advantages about that compared to a rented house. I have lived in the rented houses for many year, but today my husband and I have finally bought a house. It has been a struggle. The bank said no several times, and they wouldn't lend us the money. We had savings, and we both had a stable income, but they still said no, because they thought that we didn't earn enough. We decided to move to an island in the south of Denmark. Houses are relatively cheap here compared to the big cities, so we thought that it might be possible to buy a house here, and we were lucky because the bank finally said yes. We have lived here for a year and half and we are very happy here.

Buying my dream house is one of my life goals too. I wish sooner I would be able to buy a house but I don't have a stable job yet. And I would only be able to buy a house if I have a large salary. I wish in the future I would be lucky to have a really high-paying job. If I get my dream house, I would be really happier in my life.

Your dreams and your goals can be achieved when you have a current devotion and a strong will power to do it. You can make any of your dreams or goals when you have them. So work hard with a strong devotion to it. You will be able to see the dreams into reality.

I also want to have my own house. Just like you, it's one of my dreams in life. There is this tv show that I loved to watched every Friday nights. They show different styles of houses which inspires me a lot. I believe that in time ryanong you will have a house that you can call your own.
