Why do people impose restrictions on two truly loving people ?

Why do people still think so narrow. Why haven't they shaped their mentality with time? Why is it that the lovers have to suffer because of the cruel supervision of the society over them even if their love is pure and true ?

Too complicated but its so true.:) well....what really matters is what you feel because at the end of the day you will be staring at the same face when you wake up and before you sleep.

There are many factors why they are restricted from loving or continuing the relationship. first, maybe they are too young? there are people who fall in love too young and the parents need to be strict so that they won't elope or go to early marriage and parenthood. Another thing is differences of culture, religion or status in the society. Love can also wait when the two are independent.
