The weight-loss industry has grown so much that a lot of businesses focuses on helping people lose weight. We can see different types of weight loss products like diet pills, tea for losing weight, and other weight loss products. And if you watch tv advertising, you can see a lot of advertisement about weight equipments that helps you lose weight and body fats. We can see different kinds of equipment like different types of treadmill, equipments that focuses on the abdomen and various other kinds of equipment. What do you think of these equipments, do you think buying them are just a waste of time and money? Are they really just hyip or do they really help people lost some weight and be more fit?

most of them are scams, and harmful so we should be very careful. Consultation to specialist is needed.

Yes, I guess many of them are scams...not sure though if all of them are. To be honest, I think some of them are really very helpful but buying them is still not worth it unless again if you have a lot of money and buying them won't matter at all.

I don't think that there is a hype as such, because these things do work if you take the time to use them, however there are a lot of people who will just buy them and then leave them sitting in their homes without using them at all. If this is the case, then they have wasted their money. I have a home gym here, and have an entire room which is currently dedicated to exercise equipment. I use it all, but none of my family do even though they paid for a lot of it. I have managed to get my money's worth from it, and I just hope that they will be able to do so in the future.

I can imagine you're the fittest in your home, GemmaR. Well, Maybe your family members would someday realize the importance of those exercise equipments in your home. I do hope I too become more and more aware of the importance of exercising although I'm glad this week I'm doing pretty well. I think you're right about them, that most of them works well but it is up to us to use them for our benefits.

I have taken pills , teas and binders or seamless stuff to help me in my weight loss. These things only help minimal change to ourselves. Discipline and 30 minutes daily exercise would help you more.

With all those you mentioned, the only one I tried before was slimming tea. Although it worked for me, it weakens my body that it makes me feel bad throughout the day so I stopped it. Yes, I would go rather with regular exercise as you suggested. Concerning exercise machines, I think the most popular of them are those that focuses on the abdomen...if I am not mistaken. I already have 4 dumbells in my house for my weight training, and if I'm going to buy more stuffs for my exercises I would want to buy only one punching bag and probably one stationary bike.

For me, it is better to join in a aerobics class and belly dancing season than to buy some equipment to lose weight. Walking, jogging around the park and balance diet are also best way to slim down. Nowadays for me, we should think first for some ways or alternative ways to lose weight without spending much yet with the same result if were going to use an equipment.

For me, your idea will work very well. I also don't see any reason ( except if your filthy rich ) to buy exercise machines, because the fact is that you will gain almost the same effect with regular exercises like jogging. And when you jog outside like in a park, you get another benefit of the sun's healing power and while breathing fresh air. You get more entertainment value as you watch the beautiful surroundings.
