Well today I got the email that I didn't want to hear. My husband's credit score is at 600 which is to low at the one bank we where looking at to get a loan from. It sucked hearing that and made me sad for a few minutes. But now I'm back in the game. Just because that one bank can't give us money unless we get a credit card which is something we don't want to do. We don't want to add two new bills just one bill that will pay off in the long run. I got to keep our hopes up that if this is the place that we will find away to get it and make it ours for sure. I really don't want to ask someone again to be a cosigner for us. We have one for the car we got last almost a year ago. With my husband only having 2 school bills to pay off and them not letting me part of the credit score has left us a bit on the low side. I wish they would add me in I know my credit score is good and together I'm sure we could get past the credit score and get a loan. If this is our dream house for now It'll still be there. Tomorrow we meet with the agent that is selling the house to see what numbers we could be looking at and maybe he might now of a better bank to go with that has worked with first time buyers with our kid of score.
