Hi there all my fellow mylotters.
I would like to know how much time do you spend laughing. When you think about it, how many hours or days do you spend laughing in a week? I dont mean just a heheh. I mean A HAAAHHAAHAHAHAHAHHROLF ROLF a real hearty gut giggling laugh. The kind that you only hear half of the laugh and the other is just the air coming out. And you cant walk during this laughing moment, your eyes water, and you have to catch your breath. And then after a while you have to work hard to stop so that you can rest your stomach because you have used all your ab and lung muscles.
SO how much time do you spend laughing? Its actually therapeutic to do this. Me and my hubby used to laugh ALL the time. But now maybe a few fits of laughter now a few times a month. But I think that we will have to change that since I miss it.

I love to laugh, I laugh a lot, and often. Even when I'm getting into trouble by my employer, I will actually let out a nervous titter. My boss would look at me, and understand that its laughter out of nervousness. Has anyone ever done that?

I do that. Its actually kinda embarrasing to me since usually people dont understand that its just caused from nervousness. I am glad that your boss understands that and doesnt get mad at you abour it. I feel like I sometimes do it at inappropriate times and it makes me feel bad. Since I dont mean it to be rude.

I dont laugh very often. I might giggle here and there throughout the day, but a real big laugh almost never happens anymore. Its due largely to the stress I've been under for the past year, and especially the past 4 months.
I have a couple of friends who can make me laugh like that, but I hardly ever get to see them.

I know what you mean about the stress. It was once I had severe stress that I started to laugh very little. I actually traded it for tears... :( I try to laugh asmych as I can. But its just not the same as it used to be. The humor in life is kinda blah. What I do try to do that might work for you is to look find something each day that you can really feel a flood of positive emotion for it. Thats what helps me eventually. Even if I dont feel it right away I will with some consistant happy thoughts. I mean life is not that bad that you should keep yourself unhappy. I do know that it can be so so so very hard to get out of. I almost checked myself into the psych hospitol. But that was a year ago and now I am preparing myself for this summer coming up. My summers are filled with a bunch of stress.
I hope you can laugh more...

Good evening peavey,
Thank you for responding. That is funny that you would have just written an article in laughing. Where did you write it, if you dont mind me asking. I need to find some places to write and get paid! I am not working now and need to make more money! Especially to keep my internet on as its off for now. And I often find things on the internet that make me laugh. I sure hope that you find more things to laugh about. It really makes life that much funner. Maybe you could try watching some funny movies!

I published it on Knoji.com but they're not paying much at all right now. I published it there because it had been sitting on my computer for a few weeks and I didn't have another place to put it.
I've looked for funny movies, but haven't found many really good ones. I'll work on it, though!

From time to time, I will admit I have laughed really hard, but sometimes it is hard to find things to laugh about especially when you are in pain a lot of the time. But I know that laughter is the best medicine.

Oh, I laugh regularly. Most of the time with friends or at work. We like to share the jokes, funny stories, hot gossips and so on. Sometimes it wasn't a joke, we still would related it with something else or use our imagination to make a laugh out of it.

Thats really cool that you have a nice place to work at. And you are able to enjoy a good laugh. It takes the stress out of your day. I dont work so my funny things are related to my home and internet. I am always with my hubby and we will laugh while we are out and all it takes is a look and then we are off to laughing.

You know what? Laughing is the best medicine. Well, this is for me. I don't know other people.
I laugh whenever I'm depressed and stress.
I laugh whenever there is a problem or any negative energy influence me.
The reason why I make myself laugh is because I don't want to feel sad and of course, I don't want to feel pressure. I always want to think positive and I want to take away all the negative vibration within me.
That is the reason why I often laugh so that people would see me fine.

I know I do not laugh nearly so often as I should. I will have to change that as well. A real therapeutic laugh for me often ends in tears streaming down my face. It is like aerobics for your insides and it is so good for you.

Yeah, I hope that you can do it more often too! I also tend to tear up when I am laughing so hard. It sure is like aerobics for your insides. My hubby and I do end up with our sides hurting. I tend to say pretty humorous things that make others laugh. My friends have referred to me as a comedian. My son says I the funniest things just out of the blue.

I am jolly person and used to laugh all the times even in simple things. I also used to be the joker of the group that always make them laugh out loud. I never end a day without laughing and making other people laugh. Life is indeed short as they say so better enjoy it and laugh.

I agree with you so much on this. Life is really to short to live it angry. And it is nice that you will make others laugh, it helps them as well. Especially if they dont laugh much on their own..People like to surround theirselves with people that are joyful.

Hi,
I like to laugh loudly at anytime. I laugh many times. I like to make others laugh. So I always make jokes and laugh and make others laugh. Laughter is the sign of happiness. Everyone likes smiling face. So everyone should try to laugh more and more. In our city there are laughing clubs, where people meet and laugh loudly together.

that is great that you and your hubby laugh together many times. it really make fun and better relationship... I love those who laugh a lot, all my relatives are like that, just they say jokes and laugh together, or they dance and clap and laugh... but my husband is bad temper and whatever I have asked him to make some fun to laugh he would never do it, he thinks if he is a man and should be so serious in front of his wife... but I have a cousin brother who I love him a lot because he always laugh and talk that much funny that when I see him I will laugh just by seeing his face...
