http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmajlKJlT3U For $8 you can read anyone's credit card or passport near you. Why the big push for RFID chips in everything when it makes your identity open to anyone and everyone with a $8 reader? Because it is nothing more than a high tech tracking device that can tell where you have been what you ate and drank. Much like facebook you and your information have become the commodity that is bought and sold. Links below to everything from edible RFIDs to how they are being installed in subways and how corporations are pushing to make them active even after you leave the store with them. http://www.naturalnews.com/032600_RFID_food.html http://news.cnet.com/RFID-tags-get-a-push-in-Germany/2100-1008_3-5139627.html http://www.wired.com/politics/security/news/2004/04/62922

So the next step is to implant them under your skin. Less danger of being stolen?

According to the health care bill it falls under class II implantable devices so it could be implemented no later than 3 years after it takes effect. Provided they can push it on the public. Makes you wonder what kind of thing will be brought out like the underwear bomber that got Americans to accept being dosed with radiation and groped. no mater where they put it, its not going to be safe anyone using a reader and a antenna can pick it up from a distance without you ever knowing.
