We may alwasy confused with our weight expecially those ladies who want to be beautiful .Addtional weight makes us feel old and clumsy , awkward, even less likely to go out. the following are some useful tips for human to lose weight, health weight losing tips. 1. Drink more water instead of sodas or carbonated beverage. water is the most health beverage . if you feel not adapt to drink water in the first stage , we may also take tea instead 2. More vegetable during our daily meals. various kinds , more fiber, vegetables will surely make your skin and body evolute towards perfection 3.Drink more milk , 1800 milligram milk per day , we can reduce 80 calorie energy 4.cut out unhealth snacks and keep some health snacks at your desk or in your car in case you couldn't tolerate at beginning. 5. change your dishes to smaller one as a result , we may take less food component . hoping everyone can enjoy your day and increase confidence .

Hi I agree to lose weight easily we just need to make a few simple changes to our lifestyle. We certainly don't need to starve ourselves or think of any food as a truly wrong, we are all permitted the odd higher calorie treat or else we will soon fall off the diet, the trick is not to let those treats become a regular habit. You should try to stick to eating three good, healthy and well balanced meals each day, these meals should include some of all the food groups - fruit and/or vegetables, carbohydrates and protein.You will soon find that if you eat sufficient amounts of healthy foods at each meal you should not need to snack in between meals - believe me you soon reach this habit - because most of our eating is down to habit. I also believe that you should NOT weigh yourself every day, it can be far too depressing. In fact throw away those scales and have your weight monitored weekly on the same scales (maybe at a weight loss meeting, doctors or pharmacy) Remember that your weight may be staying the same but you are losing inches so do measure yourself at regular intervals. Another tip is to eat your foods slowly also to try and cut down the portion of your foods try using a smaller plate this can help!! And finally of course - be more active, if you consume more energy than you use up you will gain weight rather than lose it. This exercise doesn't have to be the gym or exercise programmes - do what suits you, your body and your lifestyle the best. Walking, swimming, gardening etc all count as exercise!

Hey there! Welcome to myLot! As we get older, our metabolism drops and there is a need to control our diet. I generally agree with what your weight loss tips. When I cut down on soda, and drink more water to reduce calorie intake. When I eat my meals, I pile my plate with vegetables so that there is little room for carbohydrates. Drinking 1.8 litres of milk a day sounds like a lot. Or did you mean 180ml? I drink milk in the morning, usually pour it over my cereal. I never used to like milk but now I love it. With regards to snacks, I can't help it. I have a sweet tooth. I still love my chocolates but keep the amount to a minimum. But I really love your last tip. I have done this myself. I normally use a small plate for dinner because I don't want to over-eat. I have become quite accustomed to it. As long as you don't have seconds and thirds, a small plate is the way to go.
