Just wondering what to eat for snack....hmmm

Good aftie.
I just wonder what to eat for snack later.I am quite hungry now maybe due to busyness at work.I ate fried longganisa and canned tuna this lunch with ripe mango again from a co worker.I feel hunger now that makes me think and wonder what to eat for snack.I plan to eat quite heavy with rice so that I won't eat later in dinner.What comes in my mind is either 39ers in Jollibee or chicken steak streetwise at KFC.Can't still decide for now, maybe later if I know what would my co workers will eat.

I also really like mangos because they are sweet and i love sweet things.I also like strawberries which are also naturally sweet but i stilll put sugar or chocolate on them.I try not to get fast food alot but i do sometimes.Try strawberries and whipped cream its my favorite snack and it will fill you for hours.Try not to eat out often.Instead of something at KFC try packing homemade chicken {if you have time} with rice.

I ate quite a heavy lunch but still snacked frequently. I really should stop and just wait for dinner before I eat anymore. So I would distract myself by going for a jog or something. Otherwise my snacks consist of fruits, biscuits or bread(if I'm really dying to much something). Apart from the fruits, the rest are not that healthy to snack on.
I try to have early dinner but some I would end up having snacks at night. So how do you refrain from having dinner if you snack now?

I think that if you're trying to eat healthily, it is important to take some healthy snacks to work with you otherwise you're going to be finding that you end up snacking on unhealthy things that other people might be taking into work with them. I would suggest taking a small box with a bit of humous in it, and then taking raw vegetables like carrot sticks to dip into it. This is good because it is healthy for you, and it would keep your hands busy at the same time which is something that is very important when you feel like eating during the course of the working day.

I had already had my meal, but I wanted something sweet, and I have gotten in the habit lately of keeping sweets out of my house. I used to keep cupcakes, cookies, bags of chocolate candy and more. And I could eat a half a bag of candy in one evening while I typed on mylot and watched television. And I would eat a cup cake, then get another one later when I walked by and saw them.
Well, back to the discussion. I wanted something sweet so I got out my powder cocoa and sugar and made chocolate folded pies in the oven like my mom used to make. Yummmmmm. They are so good. I made to sizeable ones and only ate one. I guess I'll take the other one to my Mom. I don't need to eat both.

he he you made me hungry too. I just had to pop in two biscuits a.k.a cookies. snacks could include fruits or sandwiches. we usually have rice at noon. happy eating and good day
