They have run this company more than ten years. Company has developed well. They have not borrowed capital.
Now, they are planning to divorce. They'll divide assets. So, the capital of company is lose. My director must borrow capital from the bank.
There are many staffs want to leave because they don't want to lose job if it's dissolved. So, they work not well.
I still believe in the company and I didn't want to look for job now. I think that staffs should share difficult things with their company. Is it right?
Do you think that whether I should leave now?

If I'm a business, I'll separate company and family. I believe that this is better for both.

Well all will have to be divided and its a lot of work and its a long and tiring process and it does affect a lot of things and even the emotional aspect of the children.

You're right. I have just said to the company, not children. Their children were huge psychological effect. I'll say about this issue in an other discussion :) Wish you the best wishes!

Difficulty is one part to success. I think you should forget about the cause of the difficulties that befall your company and your career. So, i think you should stay afloat, and prove that you are able to help grow the company.... even better than before!
