That moment when you watch a movie...

...and you relize it's so good (or bad, I guess) and then you think to yourself "why did it take me so long to watch this?"
I've been feeling that way recetly especially when I watched First Blood the first time a few days ago. We've had the DVD for years and so I just randomly decided to watch it and I thought "why have I waited all this time to watch this?"

I know exactly how you feel. Or when you see a movie for the first time and you think "This movie is going to suck. This movie is so bad. Ugh, why am I watching this movie?" Then you get to that one point in the movie where you're like "Oh my god, this movie is awesome!"
That happens to me with a lot of movies. Especially ones that are recommended by a friend, and they force me to watch it.

Exactly! I've experienced this a lot in my Cinema class, especially since the class watches really popular movies that I actually haven't seen! When we were going to watch "Rocky" I thought it was going to be really stupid, and said to myself "okay, I'm going to watch this like a good student" and I ended up loving it.
Then we had to watch "Jaws" and I was like "alright! A horror movie at last!" I always heard how scary it was. Then I see the first half and I think "huh? This is IT?! This is what I've been missing?!" I didn't even want to finish it.
I did wonder why it take me so long to watch them both though, even though I ended up really liking one and really disliking the other...

I could have seen Die Hard in the theaters but I didn't think I would like it. so I waited to see it . when I finally saw it I liked it. Usually I watch the film and as watching I say , This is great! The fastest that feeling came over me was during the very beginning of the Last Emperor!
