I felt very hot yesterday and may be today also going same, give me some tips.

dear friends, here in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, the people felt very hot yesterday I mean on the date 17 May 2012 and may be there will be also very hot today also.
I personally felt too hot yesterday and I think today also going to be same here. So, dear friends I need some of your suggestions to be cool here.

I think we have the same problem. Here, in the Philippines, its summer time and its really hot during the day. I stay in my room most of the time, because I have air conditioning in there. I drink plenty of water to keep me hydrated.
